We had a decent stay with spacious rooms and a convenient location at the shopping mall. The staff, especially Jonathan, went above and beyond to help during a personal tough time, which made a real difference. However, the housekeeping was quite lacking, and breakfast was pretty standard without many exciting options. Overall, it's a good choice for those needing to be near shopping and dining, but keep your expectations in check regarding housekeeping.
